Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Loplyy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Loplyy is an App Store management platform that allows you to:

  • Connect to App Store Connect using your API credentials
  • Manage app metadata (name, subtitle, description, keywords)
  • Upload and manage screenshots and app previews
  • Push updates to App Store Connect

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your App Store Connect credentials are valid and authorized
  • Complying with Apple's App Store Connect API terms of use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Loplyy for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Violate Apple's terms of service through your use of Loplyy

App Store Connect Integration

By connecting your App Store Connect account, you:

  • Authorize Loplyy to read and write data on your behalf
  • Acknowledge that changes made through Loplyy are your responsibility
  • Understand that Loplyy requires manual confirmation before publishing changes

Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation

Intellectual Property

  • Loplyy and its original content remain our property
  • Your app content, metadata, remain your property
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service

Limitation of Liability

Loplyy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Actions taken by Apple or App Store Connect
  • Issues arising from your App Store Connect credentials

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Loplyy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
